Cancellation policies

Cancellation Policies and Booking fee's are in place to secure an appointment solely for you.

When making a booking you will receive an email confirmation with information on how to pay this (if not done so already)

To secure your lash or brow appointment a 50% booking fee is required for all services (other than semi permanent make-up which is £50 including the consultation). Lash and Brows Booking fee's are non refundable within 48 hours of the appointment (unless i am able to fill the appointment in which case a refund will be given or transferred to an existing appointment minus £2 admin fee).

For no shows and cancellations within 24 hours the full treatment fee will be charged.

Consultation for semi permanent makeup is £20, this comes off the total cost of a treatment if one is booked.

Following a satisfactory consultation and patch test a £30 Semi permanent make-up booking fee is required to secure the booking. This is non refundable due to additional work being completed outside of your appointment time, a single date change can be made outside of 1 weeks notice and the fee transferred to the new date.

Semi permanent makeup top-up is a free appointment and has to be taken between 4-9 weeks after the initial treatment.

If you need to reschedule your top up i require 1 week notice.

If you are unable to make your scheduled top up within the time frame or unable to provide 1 week notice the top up will be a chargeable appointment.

Change of mind policy, if you want to change the treatment please provide 48 hours notice. Appointments will be classed as a now show if you change your mind on the day to a shorter appointment.

Booking fee's are not transferable to others unless taking the same appointment time and treatment and any relevant patch tests have been done.

Arrivals over 15 minutes late may mean your appointment is cut short or cancelled completely if this may impact other customers, the booking fee will be non refundable or transferable and payment for the full treatment will be required.

A booking fee is non refundable for no shows.

Booking fees to be paid at the time of booking the treatment date following a satisfactory patch test and consultation if required.

Booking fees for semi permanent make-up are non refundable but can be transferred to 1 new date outside 1 week notice.

They are not transferable to others due to consultation requirements and purchase of products specifically for your treatment.

If you cancel a free perfecting top-up for semi permanent make-up within 1 week an additional top up will be a chargeable service at £50.

Payment must be made at the time of the treatment either via bank transfer, online payment with card or cash.
