Cancellation policies

Cancellation Policies and Booking fee's are in place to secure an appointment solely for you.

When making a booking you will receive an email confirmation with information on how to pay this.

To secure your lash or brow appointment a 50% booking fee is required for all services (other than semi permanent make-up which is £50). Lash and Brows Booking fee's are non refundable within 48 hours of the appointment (unless i am able to fill the appointment in which case a full refund will be given minus £2 admin fee). This is due to difficulty in filling appointments at late notice. a single date change can be made outside of 48 hours notice and the fee transferred to the new date.

Consultation for semi permanent makeup is £20, this comes off the total cost of a treatment if one is booked.

Following a satisfactory consultation and patch test a £30 Semi permanent make-up booking fee is required to secure the booking. This is non refundable due to additional work being completed outside of your appointment time, a single date change can be made outside of 1 weeks notice and the fee transferred to the new date.

Semi permanent makeup top-up is a free appointment and has to be taken between 4-9 weeks after the initial treatment.

If you need to reschedule your top up i require 1 week notice.

If you are unable to make your scheduled top up within the time frame or unable to provide 1 week notice the top up will be a chargeable appointment.

Life can be hectic and get in the way of a well made plan, if you need to cancel or reschedule I kindly ask that you provide 48 hours notice.

Treatments require a booking fee to secure your appointment, this comes off the total cost of your treatment. If you need to cancel or change your appointment, within 48 hours, the booking fee is non refundable (unless the appointment is filled).

the booking fee for lashes and brows can be transferred to another appointment for changes made outside 48 hours and the policy will apply to the new appointment.

Booking fee's are not transferable to others unless taking the same appointment time and treatment.

Arrivals over 15 minutes late may mean your appointment is cut short or cancelled completely if this may impact other customers, the booking fee will be non refundable or transferable.

A booking fee is non refundable for no shows.

Booking fees to be paid at the time of booking the treatment date following a satisfactory patch test and consultation if required.

Booking fees for semi permanent make-up are non refundable but can be transferred to 1 new date outside 1 week notice.

If you cancel a free perfecting top-up for semi permanent make-up within 1 week an additional top up will be a chargeable service at £50.

Payment must be made at the time of the treatment either via bank transfer, online payment with card or cash.
